Debbie Hayes named herself Director of Creative Solutions to complement her ever-evolving services for paint brands, artists, and retailers. She conceives, writes and photographs step-by-step decorative finishes for online and print tutorials as well as subscription-based videos for paint brands. Debbie also designs ecommerce websites for small retailers and artists. She is a speaker, influencer, and an instructor for paint brand events, as well as IDAL and ArtFusion.
Debbie’s home styling and painting projects have been featured in numerous national magazines.
Debbie earned a BA in Fine Arts, concentrating on painting and has spent 95% of her career as a full-time artist. She is an illustrator, graphic artist, art director, photographer, writer, faux finisher for 20 years, stylist, and DIY tutorial blogger, and author of two books.

With hands permanently covered in plaster and paint, Caroline Lizarraga is happiest working in Old World ways. She trained for her craft in the cobblestoned streets of Florence, Italy, and continue to bring that antiquated sensibility to all of her projects today. You’ll find her on every job site, working each layer of color and detailing solely by hand.
She’s passionate not only about creating amazing interior environments but also in helping her clients find and express their own distinctive style. No two jobs are ever alike. Whether it’s a boutique hotel in Napa Valley, an expansive winery estate, or a private residence, her approach is always the same: create a space that is utterly authentic and magically artful.

Beth Warnecke is the creator and artisan of Classic Creations Painting, making her home in the metro St. Louis area. She graduated with a BS in Accounting, however, her interest in faux finishing was born over years and years of turning her many houses into ‘homes’. Her overwhelming desire to have elegant, warm and welcoming homes became the catalyst for creating this passion and natural love for faux finishing and design.
She decided to take it to the next level and seek out formal classroom training for decorative painting. She trained in the Midwest as well as on the West Coast, taking many professional classes and not only earning the certificates that go with them, but gaining many valuable friendships and technical resources along the way. She is an active board member of the professional decorative painting organization, IDAL (International Decorative Artisans League), along with the local faux painting chapter MAG (Metro Artisans Guild). Her training and certifications include wall glazing, plaster finishes, texture finishes, metallics, faux bois (wood graining), faux marbling, Trompe-l’oeil, stenciling and color theory. She has also been trained in fine furniture finishes.
Through continuing education, she is able to provide her clients with sophisticated ideas that are on the cutting edge of the faux industry.
